What do I offer?
I create digital character art for you! I base my drawings off of written descriptions, visual references, and conversation. Examples of my work can be found on my gallery page as well as on my social medias. I accept all sorts of commissions from fandoms and your own imagination alike. I do draw people from real life (i.e. if you order a portrait of your friend), but please do expect the result to be in my personal style. When considering me for a commission, please note that things like animals, mech, vehicles, architecture, and intense armor are not my specialties.
If commissioning me interests you, please read the instructions on this page, fill out a commission form, and email me any visual references you have that may be helpful.
What I will not draw…
-Minors in promiscuous clothing/sexual situations
-Explicit NSFW scenes (tasteful nudity of adult characters is okay)
-Heavy gore (light gore and wounds are a-okay)
-Art of other’s original characters without proof of consent
-Detailed environments
-Art for a series or franchise with values that do not align with my own
In the rare event I reject your commission I will always communicate the reason why. With this being said, I accept appropriate requests for character art depicting all sexual orientations, gender identities, race, and religion. If you feel a commission I create for you isn't representing a group correctly, I am always open to conversation about addressing the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Pricing
I am offering a few different kinds of commissions at this time, if you’re interested in a commission type that is not within this list, let me know and we may be able to work something out. I will be providing additional commission types in the future. Also, if pricing is unclear for what you specifically want, I always provide a quote in our initial emails.

Requesting a commission
Fill out a commission request form and shoot me an email at pugpngcommissions@gmail.com with visual references and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with any questions I may have as well as an idea of when I will be available to work on your piece.
I require payment before the start of the drawing, on commissions exceeding $150 I can offer partial payments (half at the start of the drawing and half at the midpoint of the drawing). I only accept payment via PayPal, I will send you an invoice in an email. In the instance that I have a waitlist and cannot start your drawing for several weeks or months, payment will not be required until I actually start drawing your commission.
In the event that you change your mind about a commission or are disappointed in the outcome of my drawing, I do allow partial refunds depending on the amount of completed work I have done for you. For example if I have completed 75% of a drawing and you decide you’d like a refund, I will send you 25% of your payment back and a file of the drawing at the point I stopped.
Regarding the expected wait time for your commission to be completed, this depends on the complexity of your piece. Most commissions take about two weeks to complete after payment, but if you order a larger piece I will communicate the time I need to complete the drawing. I don't usually accept commissions with quick deadlines/rush orders.
I will periodically check in with you with work in progress images to make sure we are on the right track, especially during the sketch phase of the drawing. I do allow changes and reworking during the sketch phase, but major changes during the remainder of the drawing typically are not accepted.
My business days are Friday-Sunday (9am-5pm pst), so be on the look out for messages from me during this time. I will try my best to respond during week days, but progress images will typically only be received during the weekends.
Terms of use
The work I complete for you does belong to you and you may post freely on any platform you choose without asking me, I only require you to credit me as the artist. The commissions I offer are meant for personal use, if you're looking for commercial art for a business, different fees and agreements apply. When you agree to commissioning me, you will also allow me to use the work I create for you in my own portfolio and to post the image on social media (except for instances where your piece is meant to be a surprise or some other communicated situation).
Tips
I accept tips through PayPal invoices and ko-fi donations! Tips aren't required but they certainly are appreciated! (p.s. I usually make a cute little doodle for my lovely tippers)
